Very knowledgeable about installing Rinnai tankless water heaters. He proposed the most benefical system for my home and gave me a good, reasonable price for the work. He is very consciencious about installing the product and working with the county inspectors to get permit approval. He scheduled the work and finished in the timeframe estimated. Aqualine Plumbing is unbelievably conscientious. They were the first to respond to my urgent request for a quote; our old water heater was leaking and had scorch marks up its side. After visiting the house, Aqualine checked with the county inspector to make sure that a sump pump would not be required for our new water heater location BEFORE coming back to do the installation. Aqualine replaced our old water heater in the attic with a Rinnai in one day with minimum inconvenience. The LP gas and water were off for a very short amount of time and we were informed so that we could prepare for it. The electrician was scheduled appropriately and the job site was kept organized and left clean. Special care was taken to protect our hardwood floors from the old water heater when it was removed. The new Rinnai works beautifully. Then I get an email saying that my water heater has been registered for me so that I have an active warranty. Every detail has been covered. I expect that the inspection will go smoothly as well. Thank you for surprising me with quality service.
